Education
Kendra Krepinski received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Alberta College Of Art & Design in 2006, where her studio practice consisted of working with oils and mixed media on wood surfaces. In 2010 Kendra obtained her Bachelor of Education specializing in Visual Arts through the University Of Western Ontario with qualifications to teach Elementary, Middle School and High School Visual Arts. Kendra is now currently working towards her Masters of Education in Curriculum Studies with a focus in Visual Arts through the University Of Western Ontario.
Related Work Experience
Kendra Krepinski’s experience in the field of education began during her undergraduate studies when she worked at on-site affordable housing complexes in Calgary, providing after school educational programs to students ranging from the age of six to eighteen. During her time spent working at affordable housing complexes, Kendra was able to get youth involved in collaborative arts projects such as community murals. As an undergraduate student, Kendra also ran a self-proprietorial fine arts workshop for youth with a focus on hands-on art history. After graduating from the Alberta College Of Art & Design Kendra went overseas to teach at a Canadian Language Institution in Seoul, South Korea from May 2006 until December 2008. After receiving her Bachelor of Education in London, Ontario Kendra then went overseas to London, United Kingdom where she taught for the public school system. Kendra Krepinski is now living in Calgary, Alberta where she is working towards her Masters of Education as well as teaching for the Charter School system.
