If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will honor an exchange or return within 7 days of purchase.

- Proof of purchase (receipt) must be shown at time of exchange/return including debit/credit slip.
- Item(s) must be in re-sellable condition.
- Refund can not be given on used, damaged, clearance, opened items or special orders.
- The following items are final sale: Paint, markers/pens, inks, unsealed paper/sketchbooks, books.
- Manufacturer’s defects are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire by telephone (403-450-1917) or in-store for further details.
